The best option is to waste your cards (except spirit infusion and calm to arms) to place 4 walls in a row (easy to get), do not place them next to each other, you can wait a bit with Grasping thorns to eliminate your enemies before you use the spell. Place 4 walls, use Calm to arms, give them Spirit Infusion and you can go for that Spirit Vessel as well to boost either your bat or the ranged 2 mana card minion. It find it best to spawn 2 warrios per bridge but it's up to you, depends on enemy cards and master. I pick Apep because of two free cards (if you manage to get to perk 3), these cards can be buildings as well giving you either more warriors to spawn or for self def. 2nd perk helps defending as well.

I highly recommend getting 10 mana before the start so you can peacefully place all of them, but it depends what you want from it.
